Webster Law, LLC, One Law Firm for all your Business Needs

A Modern Approach

Spencer J. Webster formed Webster Law, LLC as a 21st-century law firm providing creative, forward-thinking business solutions, assisting clients with capitalizing on growth opportunities and minimizing risk. By thinking outside the box of traditional law firm models and utilizing technology, Spencer is able to be more accessible to clients and work more efficiently. However, the implementation of technology and virtual services has not caused Spencer to lose sight of the importance of cultivating personal and meaningful relationships with clients.

Webster Law started its business model from scratch, eliminating the bureaucracy, inefficiency, and large legal fees often associated with larger firms. Webster Law is the bridge between superior legal services and reasonable legal fees. By combining the necessary elements of the traditional law firm structure with new law practice technologies, we have eliminated expensive overhead allowing us to pass the savings to our business clients, while still providing prudent, professional, personalized legal services.

Webster Law, LLC's Strategic Concept

Holding Ourselves to the Highest Standards of Professional Integrity

After working for a rapidly growing regional law firm, Spencer believed he could better serve his clients with a different law firm structure. Instead of focusing on billable hours, he focuses on clients’ unique needs and specific goals. With every client, Spencer employs a collaborative problem-solving approach in order to best understand the clients’ goals and objectives. This collaborative approach, focusing not only on the short-term goals, but also the long-term business objectives, allows for creative, unique and personalized legal advice and services. Legal issues affecting businesses are not isolated events, they affect the business as a whole; which is why we consider the business as a whole when solving our clients’ problems.

Webster Law understands that every business is unique and treats every client as such. Our smaller structure allows us to truly get to know our clients and their businesses, which yields individualized counseling and services. Additionally, we are able to be more attentive to our clients—stated another way, we answer the phone when you call.

Spencer understands the risk, uncertainty and hard work associated with operating a business and has great admiration for those who take the courageous leap. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, small business or an established business, Webster Law has the resources and experience to help grow and protect your business.

What Separates Webster Law, LLC

Diverse Experience

Spencer’s experience includes both litigation (resolving disputes in or out of court) and transactional work (preparing documents for business transactions). He has dealt with the issues that lead businesses into disputes and ultimately lawsuits. That unique perspective allows Spencer to advise and counsel his clients to avoid common and unusual pitfalls he’s encountered in litigation. No matter what stage your business is in or what issues arise, you can be confident knowing Webster Law has the knowledge and experience to handle all of your business needs.

Innovation

Companies, and the business industry in general continually progress and innovate; it is time law firms to do the same. Using a non-traditional model, Webster Law modernizes the practice of law by offering creative, alternative fee arrangements; leveraging new communication technologies; utilizing new legal technology for efficiency; and focusing resources on services and products—not expensive high-rise office space.

I'm not a businessman, I'm a business man

Jay-Z once famously said, "I’m not a businessman, I’m a business, man." Point being, just like his clients, Spencer is involved in operating a business. He knows of the struggles, long hours, and problems that seem as if they will never end. Because he has been in your shoes, and understands the hard work and care needed to operate a business, he approaches each client and each situation with the utmost care and preparation.
