Spencer J. Webster

Principal Attorney

Over the years Spencer has handled an array of legal matters ranging from defending personal injury lawsuits to filing injunctions and lawsuits against cities to drafting business operating contracts to complex mergers and acquisitions. His deliberate focus on a wide range of legal issues has given him insight and comprehension to be able to understand his clients' problems from many different perspectives. Having such perspectives allows him to employ efficient, creative, and proven solutions for his clients.

While Spencer has successfully practiced in many different legal arenas, his focus is on business disputes, business transactions, general counsel services, entity planning and formation, employment litigation and employment counseling.

Before forming Webster Law, LLC, Spencer worked for a well-known Kansas City law firm and a regional law firm. He decided to open his own firm so he could focus on practicing law and serving his clients without the requirements and restrictions placed upon attorneys at bigger firms. Spencer is focused on providing clients with a superior experience and transparency through the whole process.

Spencer, a Kansas City native, grew up in Lee's Summit, Missouri. He received his B.A. from UMKC and his J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Upon graduation from law school, Spencer knew he wanted to come home and help serve the community where he grew up. An avid sports fan, Spencer cheers for the Chiefs, Royals and his Nebraska Huskers.
